Dansko Rewards Program – Terms & Conditions

The following Terms & Conditions apply to the Dansko Rewards Program available through Dansko Australia & New Zealand.

By joining the program, members agree to the following terms:

Membership

• Membership is free to join.
• Members must be aged 18 years or older and have a valid email address.
• Only one rewards account is permitted per person.
• Rewards accounts and points are non-transferable and cannot be shared or sold.
• Members are responsible for maintaining accurate account information.

Earning Points

• Members will receive 200 points for every eligible order placed through Dansko Australia & New Zealand.
• Points are awarded per completed order and are not based on the dollar value spent.
• Eligible orders must meet any minimum spend requirements outlined at the time of purchase.
• Points earned from a purchase will appear in the member’s account 30 days after the purchase has been processed.
• Customers must be logged into their rewards account at checkout to earn points online.
• Points can be earned on eligible sale purchases unless otherwise stated.
• Points are not earned on previous purchases, shipping charges, gift cards, taxes, cancelled orders, store credit or refunded purchases.
• If an order is refunded, credited or cancelled, the associated points will be removed from the member’s account.
• Dansko reserves the right to adjust or remove points if fraudulent or suspicious activity is identified.

Bonus Point Activities

• Additional points may be earned through selected bonus activities, including but not limited to creating an account, following social media accounts, referring friends, writing product reviews and birthday bonuses.
• Bonus point activities and point values may change at any time without notice.
• Points earned through non-purchase bonus activities may take up to 24 hours to appear in a member’s account unless otherwise stated.

Rewards & Redemption

• Rewards can only be redeemed online through Dansko Australia & New Zealand.
• A $30 reward coupon requires 300 points and has a minimum spend of $100.
• A $50 reward coupon requires 500 points and has a minimum spend of $200.
• A $100 reward coupon requires 1,000 points and has a minimum spend of $300.
• Minimum spend requirements apply after discounts and before shipping charges.
• Reward coupons are single-use only and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, credit or gift cards.
• Only one reward coupon may be redeemed per transaction unless otherwise stated.
• Reward coupons, point redemptions and reward offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount codes, promotional offers, bundle offers, clearance offers or storewide sale campaigns unless otherwise specified by Dansko Australia & New Zealand.
• Any unused balance from a reward coupon will be forfeited.

Points & Reward Coupon Expiry

• Points earned through the Dansko Rewards Program do not expire.
• Once points are redeemed for a reward coupon, the coupon will expire 12 months from its date of issue.
• Expired reward coupons will not be extended, reinstated or exchanged for points, cash, credit or gift cards.
• Dansko Australia & New Zealand reserves the right to adjust expiry periods at any time.

Birthday Rewards

• Members who provide their birthday details will receive a Birthday Bonus reward on their birth date.
• Birthday bonus rewards are issued once per calendar year.
• Birthday bonus rewards cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash, credit or gift cards.

Returns & Exchanges

• If an order that earned points is returned or refunded, the associated points will be deducted from the member’s balance.
• If a reward coupon was used on a returned order, the coupon value will not be reissued.
• Returns remain subject to the Returns Policy available through Dansko Australia & New Zealand.

Account Misuse

Dansko Australia & New Zealand reserves the right to suspend, cancel or terminate any rewards account if fraudulent activity is suspected, the program is abused, these Terms & Conditions are breached or behaviour is deemed harmful to the brand or program.

Changes To The Program

• Dansko Australia & New Zealand reserves the right to modify, pause or terminate the rewards program, rewards structure, earning rates, rewards or Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

Privacy

By joining the rewards program, members agree to receive rewards-related communications from Dansko Australia & New Zealand. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy available through Dansko Australia & New Zealand.
