Morton’s Neuroma is an enlargement of the nerve bundle between the bones of the toes in the ball of the foot. Specifically, Morton’s is between the 3rd and 4th metatarsals, however neuromas can occur between any two toes. They are commonly painful in any compressive environment, like tight fitting footwear. The Rehab Mechanics 8-week program is designed to help to build strength and stability. With three guided sessions each week, you will blend targeted strength, activation, mobility, balance and gentle release work to reduce forefoot tension and improve daily function.
